Why Her Fight Club
Was Founded
Her Fight Club was created to provide a safe and empowering space where women and children can build strength, resilience, and confidence through Muay Thai. Founded by Assil and Aline, the gym was born out of a desire to offer a supportive and inclusive environment for all fitness levels. With a focus on high-quality instruction, personal growth, and community, Her Fight Club has become a place where members can push their limits, learn self-defence, and foster lasting connections.

Meet The team

Assil Kamal
I began my Muay Thai journey with Aline in 2022. At the time, I was struggling to shed post-baby weight and had always been curious about Muay Thai. After just one class, I quickly noticed the physical and mental benefits of practicing Muay Thai.
As women, we are often multitasking and doing everything in our power to ensure the comfort of those around us. For me, Muay Thai became a healthy outlet to release internal stress while experiencing the best full-body workout. Over time, I became a dedicated Muay Thai student, determined to share this transformative experience with as many women and children as possible.
Attending a fitness class is one thing, but learning proper technique from a qualified and experienced coach is truly empowering. I realized there were no spaces in the UAE focused exclusively on women and children. That’s when Her Fight Club was born—a safe space where women of all fitness levels could train, with the goal of becoming more than just a gym, but a community of women empowering women.
With my background in psychology and behavior change, I have always been a passionate advocate for mental health. I believe making small changes in the right direction, provided you have a safe and supportive environment can drastically improve the quality of your life. This is what we hope to communicate through HFC. Our team of compassionate, strong and experienced women are dedicated to walking you through your own transformative journey, all you need to do is say yes!

Aline Rodrigues
I’m Aline Rodrigues Huber, originally from Brazil, and I have been living in Abu Dhabi for over 11 years. My Muay Thai journey began in 2011 at Garra Team Gym, a renowned school in Brazil. Eight years ago, I started teaching a small group of women in Abu Dhabi, and as demand grew, I expanded to VIP and group sessions across the city. Throughout this journey, I have continued to develop my skills under my master, Eduardo Veríssimo, trainer Didier, and with the unwavering support of my husband, Luís Huber.
I am proud to be the first Brazilian certified by IFMA to teach Muay Thai in the UAE. Over the years, I have trained hundreds of students. In 2024, I held my first graduation ceremony with over 50 participants, including kids, juveniles, men, and women.
As interest in Muay Thai grew, training clients in multiple locations became increasingly challenging. This inspired me to establish HER Fight Club a Muay Thai gym exclusively for women and children. More than just self-defence, HER Fight Club promotes physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being while empowering women to achieve their personal goals. This journey has been incredibly fulfilling, and I am grateful to contribute to the growth and empowerment of my students through Muay Thai.
